…As Thousands of APC Members Decamp To PDP

It was a happy day for the people of Ndiya in Nsit Ubium Local Government Area on Wednesday, as the Special Assistant to Governor Udom Emmanuel on Special Services, Captain Iniobong Ekong, donated Mini-Water Scheme and also doled out grants to his constituents to complement the Governor’s giant strides.
Addressing the people of Ndiya, Captain Ekong said “I am determined to complement the effort of Governor Udom Emmanuel to ensure that dividends of democracy trickles down to the grassroots because elections are always done at the grassroots. They are the voters. It is my task to spread the gospel of good governance to my people.”
Speaking further, Captain Ekong said “Tested loyalty is proven loyalty. So, my tested loyalty to our leader must be proven by action hence the need to galvanize support for the Governor through various means that will assist us achieve our common goal. That common goal is reelecting Mr. Udom Emmanuel as Governor in 2019. My decision to partner with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to enable my people access the various intervention packages, get trained and access the proposed 1million grant per individual or 10million as corporative for start up, is hinged on this.
He said this and many more will help cushion the effect of the economic downturn brought upon them by APC led Federal Government, adding that “our PVCs will be instrumental to the eviction of these agents of poverty and economic hardship in 2019.
The event, which had many stakeholders, friends, and well wishers in attendance, featured the commissioning of the Mini-Water Scheme, disbursement of financial suppprt to the constituents and the introduction of Business Support and training in partnership with CBN.
